This place is AWESOME. If you need any of your furniture steam cleaned or carpets, please go with Heaven's Best. We had an old couch our dog had destroyed (we thought), but after they were done with it we were astounded. He got it so clean. Same with our other furniture and carpets. The person who came to clean was really friendly and went above and beyond to try to get the pet stains out of the couch. We liked them so much, we are having them come do our pressure washing. The tech cleaned my carpets so good! They smell amazing and he got all the pet odor out of the carpets! I only had a few stains and he was able to get rid of those completely! He took his time and done a great job! He was very polite and courteous! He checked over my carpets several times before leaving to be sure everything looked great and the smell was gone! The best part about the job is that the floors dry extremely fast and I was so pleased about that! I will definitely be using this company again soon to maintain my clean carpets! Thank you, Marie! Marie called to let me know she was on her way as scheduled to my house to clean my (what I thought was ruined) rug. She saw the rug I needed cleaned and let me know that it was smaller than what I thought and didn't need to be flushed as I thought it needed.
