The tech cleaned my carpets so good! They smell amazing and he got all the pet odor out of the carpets! I only had a few stains and he was able to get rid of those completely! He took his time and done a great job! He was very polite and courteous! He checked over my carpets several times before leaving to be sure everything looked great and the smell was gone! The best part about the job is that the floors dry extremely fast and I was so pleased about that! I will definitely be using this company again soon to maintain my clean carpets! Thank you, Marie! Marie called to let me know she was on her way as scheduled to my house to clean my (what I thought was ruined) rug. She saw the rug I needed cleaned and let me know that it was smaller than what I thought and didn't need to be flushed as I thought it needed.
