Marie was super great! She was on time, friendly, understanding, helpful, and did a great job. I have a shag rug and two inside dogs...my rug is a beige and grey color. Put two and two together, after a few months it needed a good clean! It looks brand new! I have already recommended to family and friends, so I most definitely would recommend to anyone! A bonus for me is the company first opened in my home area, Taylors SC!

A very positive experience with a most cordial and friendly young man who came to clean all of our upstairs carpets. We did have two area rugs that had some dog urine stains and odor, which was improved slightly, but unfortunately the odor is still present. I would still recommend this company.

Top notch customer service! My husband and I were skeptical about our carpets coming clean due to pet stains and teenagers. After Scott was done, it was if we had installed new carpet. Their product left a nice clean aroma and there was no sticky residue at all. They were very punctual and thorough. This is a great carpet cleaning service. I had no idea. Marie came alone so I was a little worried. I shouldn't have been. She worked a few miracles for me. They do not steam clean the carpet; this is a low-moisture cleaning service. I am so pleased first with Marie and then the service. I highly recommend this service and I will not use anyone else. Ask for Marie. She explained the process and then created some magic.

We used Heavens Best to steam clean the carpets of our new home. Marie was great at communicating when she would arrive so someone would be there. She also did a magnificent job on our carpets. She was great at explaining what she did to our carpets and instructions on how to take care of them in the future. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!
