This is a great carpet cleaning service. I had no idea. Marie came alone so I was a little worried. I shouldn't have been. She worked a few miracles for me. They do not steam clean the carpet; this is a low-moisture cleaning service. I am so pleased first with Marie and then the service. I highly recommend this service and I will not use anyone else. Ask for Marie. She explained the process and then created some magic.

Top notch customer service! My husband and I were skeptical about our carpets coming clean due to pet stains and teenagers. After Scott was done, it was if we had installed new carpet. Their product left a nice clean aroma and there was no sticky residue at all. They were very punctual and thorough. Office staff were extremely accommodating to me on what day the service would occur. To the point of rescheduling days to make life easier for me. Matt the carpet cleaner was punctual and professional. He did his best to not only do his job but also make sure I, the customer, was pleased with his work. Woyld definitely recommend to family and friends.

effective low moisture cleaning resulting in almost no downtime waiting for carpet to dry. Tech was on time, price very favorable and courteous phone connections with the business. i don't have any comparison as to other carpet cleaners though, but are carpets look cleaner

A very positive experience with a most cordial and friendly young man who came to clean all of our upstairs carpets. We did have two area rugs that had some dog urine stains and odor, which was improved slightly, but unfortunately the odor is still present. I would still recommend this company.
