This is a great carpet cleaning service. I had no idea. Marie came alone so I was a little worried. I shouldn't have been. She worked a few miracles for me. They do not steam clean the carpet; this is a low-moisture cleaning service. I am so pleased first with Marie and then the service. I highly recommend this service and I will not use anyone else. Ask for Marie. She explained the process and then created some magic.

These guys cleaned a sectional and 4 area rugs in my home. They did a wonderful job, everything looks great. I contacted them last minute and they were able to squeeze me in before in-laws arrived. They were on time, very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A very positive experience with a most cordial and friendly young man who came to clean all of our upstairs carpets. We did have two area rugs that had some dog urine stains and odor, which was improved slightly, but unfortunately the odor is still present. I would still recommend this company.

Thank you, Marie! Marie called to let me know she was on her way as scheduled to my house to clean my (what I thought was ruined) rug. She saw the rug I needed cleaned and let me know that it was smaller than what I thought and didn't need to be flushed as I thought it needed. She didn't just save me money, and clean my very expensive pooped on rug, she was a joy to have in our home. Very personable and easy to talk to. She made my rug cleaning experience an absolute easy and fun time. I will definitely call her in the future for any and all carpet cleaning needs.

This place is AWESOME. If you need any of your furniture steam cleaned or carpets, please go with Heaven's Best. We had an old couch our dog had destroyed (we thought), but after they were done with it we were astounded. He got it so clean. Same with our other furniture and carpets. The person who came to clean was really friendly and went above and beyond to try to get the pet stains out of the couch. We liked them so much, we are having them come do our pressure washing. Please use them - you will not regret it!!

Marie was great! She kept in touch with me about her arrival time, and was there when she said she would be. We had our living room carpet done and let me tell ya, it's like it's brand new. Some stains that I've been trying to get out for a year are gone! Like they were never there. She was great with my dog, as well :) will definitely share her info with my friends and family.

First time using them and it was a great experience. Marie was awesome. She explained what she was going to do and took the time to get some pretty heavy stains out. I wish I had a before and after picture to post, but I have two large dogs and had plenty of paw prints and large areas of dirt/clay. It looks like brand new carpet. I highly recommend.

Marie was super great! She was on time, friendly, understanding, helpful, and did a great job. I have a shag rug and two inside dogs...my rug is a beige and grey color. We used Heavens Best to steam clean the carpets of our new home. Marie was great at communicating when she would arrive so someone would be there. She also did a magnificent job on our carpets. She was great at explaining what she did to our carpets and instructions on how to take care of them in the future. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Top notch customer service! My husband and I were skeptical about our carpets coming clean due to pet stains and teenagers. After Scott was done, it was if we had installed new carpet. Their product left a nice clean aroma and there was no sticky residue at all. They were very punctual and thorough. After researching and reading the reviews for Heaven's Best, I knew these were the guys for me to do the job. The owner, Dan was great as he set up the appointment and then the day of notifying me of the time and being prompt. Dan and Scott are very outgoing guys, explained to me their process and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I had them do my upholstery and rug cleaning, and then had them come back to do my tile in the front foyer and kitchen. I highly recommend these guys!

The tech cleaned my carpets so good! They smell amazing and he got all the pet odor out of the carpets! I only had a few stains and he was able to get rid of those completely! He took his time and done a great job! He was very polite and courteous! He checked over my carpets several times before leaving to be sure everything looked great and the smell was gone! The best part about the job is that the floors dry extremely fast and I was so pleased about that! I will definitely be using this company again soon to maintain my clean carpets!
