Our VCT Floor Cleaning & Waxing Process
We use a meticulous, multi-step process to restore and protect your VCT flooring:
- Wax Stripping & Deep Cleaning: We begin by removing old layers of wax using professional-grade stripping solutions. This eliminates built-up dirt, grime, and residue that dulls the floor’s appearance.
- Surface Preparation: Next, we thoroughly clean the flooring to remove any remaining debris and ensure a smooth, even surface for wax application.
- High-Quality Wax Application: We apply 3-4 layers of premium wax, allowing each layer to dry properly for a flawless, uniform finish. This protective layer enhances shine and safeguards against stains, scratches, and wear.
We perform a thorough final inspection and ensure you are 100% satisfied with the results before we consider the job complete.
Custom VCT Maintenance Plans for Long-Term Care
To keep your floors in top condition year-round, we offer a comprehensive VCT maintenance program, including:
- Regular Stripping & Waxing: Complete removal of worn wax and reapplication every 6-12 months for a lasting, protective finish.
- Semi-Annual Buffing & Polishing: Enhances the gloss and durability of the wax while removing surface scratches.
- Floor Assessments & Deep Cleaning: We evaluate tile conditions, provide deep cleaning, and address problem areas before damage occurs.

I highly recommend
First time using them and it was a great experience. Marie was awesome. She explained what she was going to do and took the time to get some pretty heavy stains out. I wish I had a before and after picture to post, but I have two large dogs and had plenty of paw prints and large areas of dirt/clay. It looks like brand new carpet. I highly recommend.

Marie was super great! She was on time, friendly, understanding, helpful, and did a great job. I have a shag rug and two inside dogs...my rug is a beige and grey color. Put two and two together, after a few months it needed a good clean! It looks brand new! I have already recommended to family and friends, so I most definitely would recommend to anyone! A bonus for me is the company first opened in my home area, Taylors SC!

From my initial phone call I was treated so kind. The young men that cleaned my carpets were great! So professional and polite! My two area rugs look so much better! I would highly recommend this company.

Punctuality, Professionalism
The tech cleaned my carpets so good! They smell amazing and he got all the pet odor out of the carpets! I only had a few stains and he was able to get rid of those completely! He took his time and done a great job! He was very polite and courteous! He checked over my carpets several times before leaving to be sure everything looked great and the smell was gone! The best part about the job is that the floors dry extremely fast and I was so pleased about that! I will definitely be using this company again soon to maintain my clean carpets! Thanks for such a fast appointment and doing such a great job!!!

Top notch customer service! My husband and I were skeptical about our carpets coming clean due to pet stains and teenagers. After Scott was done, it was if we had installed new carpet. Their product left a nice clean aroma and there was no sticky residue at all. They were very punctual and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and WILL be a returning customer for sure. Just ask for Dan or Scott.
