Marie was great! She kept in touch with me about her arrival time, and was there when she said she would be. We had our living room carpet done and let me tell ya, it's like it's brand new. Some stains that I've been trying to get out for a year are gone! Like they were never there. She was great with my dog, as well :) will definitely share her info with my friends and family.

effective low moisture cleaning resulting in almost no downtime waiting for carpet to dry. Tech was on time, price very favorable and courteous phone connections with the business. i don't have any comparison as to other carpet cleaners though, but are carpets look cleaner

Office staff were extremely accommodating to me on what day the service would occur. To the point of rescheduling days to make life easier for me. Matt the carpet cleaner was punctual and professional. He did his best to not only do his job but also make sure I, the customer, was pleased with his work. Woyld definitely recommend to family and friends.

I read many reviews that was so positive. All the comments were dead on. Scott arrived with a positive attitude and accessed what needed be done and he got to work. He is a very nice friendly pleasant person, who didn't mind conversing with my husband and myself. He did a great job,my carpets smell good, look good and feel so clean on my bare feet. Marie was super great! She was on time, friendly, understanding, helpful, and did a great job. I have a shag rug and two inside dogs...my rug is a beige and grey color. Put two and two together, after a few months it needed a good clean! It looks brand new! I have already recommended to family and friends, so I most definitely would recommend to anyone! A bonus for me is the company first opened in my home area, Taylors SC!
