Called at the last minute and they were able to come same day! Selling my house and needed it to look and smell perfect for next day! Scott and Maria came late in the day and worked until the job was finished. They were professional, right on time and made my carpets look and smell like new. Top notch customer service! My husband and I were skeptical about our carpets coming clean due to pet stains and teenagers. After Scott was done, it was if we had installed new carpet. Their product left a nice clean aroma and there was no sticky residue at all. They were very punctual and thorough. Office staff were extremely accommodating to me on what day the service would occur. To the point of rescheduling days to make life easier for me. Matt the carpet cleaner was punctual and professional. He did his best to not only do his job but also make sure I, the customer, was pleased with his work.
