A very positive experience with a most cordial and friendly young man who came to clean all of our upstairs carpets. We did have two area rugs that had some dog urine stains and odor, which was improved slightly, but unfortunately the odor is still present. I would still recommend this company.

Called at the last minute and they were able to come same day! Selling my house and needed it to look and smell perfect for next day! This is a great carpet cleaning service. I had no idea. Marie came alone so I was a little worried. I shouldn't have been. She worked a few miracles for me. They do not steam clean the carpet; this is a low-moisture cleaning service. I am so pleased first with Marie and then the service. I highly recommend this service and I will not use anyone else.
