The tech cleaned my carpets so good! They smell amazing and he got all the pet odor out of the carpets! I only had a few stains and he was able to get rid of those completely! He took his time and done a great job! He was very polite and courteous! He checked over my carpets several times before leaving to be sure everything looked great and the smell was gone! First time using them and it was a great experience. Marie was awesome. She explained what she was going to do and took the time to get some pretty heavy stains out. I wish I had a before and after picture to post, but I have two large dogs and had plenty of paw prints and large areas of dirt/clay. It looks like brand new carpet. I highly recommend.
