This place is AWESOME. If you need any of your furniture steam cleaned or carpets, please go with Heaven's Best. We had an old couch our dog had destroyed (we thought), but after they were done with it we were astounded. He got it so clean. Same with our other furniture and carpets. The person who came to clean was really friendly and went above and beyond to try to get the pet stains out of the couch. We liked them so much, we are having them come do our pressure washing. Please use them - you will not regret it!!

Thank you, Marie! Marie called to let me know she was on her way as scheduled to my house to clean my (what I thought was ruined) rug. She saw the rug I needed cleaned and let me know that it was smaller than what I thought and didn't need to be flushed as I thought it needed. A very positive experience with a most cordial and friendly young man who came to clean all of our upstairs carpets. We did have two area rugs that had some dog urine stains and odor, which was improved slightly, but unfortunately the odor is still present. I would still recommend this company.
